Very cool pictures of your trip back to the Pole! Weather like that's just about expected, though, after you've been there before, right?
They ever find a doc for the station this year?
Yeah, we're used to weather like that by now, which means that hell can't be all that bad. We do have a doc for the winter now and as soon as the last 2 crew members arrive tomorrow, we just have to get rid of the remaining summer people and winter can begin.
It is an odd sort of universe. Dark matter, dark energy, gamma ray bursters and people wintering over. I certainly appreciate your uniqueness.
